Compassionate
Care

If you are experiencing bleeding or cramping and unsure if you are miscarrying, if you just got told by your provider there is no heartbeat, if you are confused about your options, if you had a pregnancy loss and no follow-up; regardless of where you are at on this journey, you are welcome at Haven Miscarriage Clinic.

Pregnancy loss does not discriminate and neither do we; we provide empathetic, compassionate care to all.

We do not define patients by a lab result or ultrasound. We believe that the physical, mental/emotional, social, and spiritual are equally important aspects to your health. We provide an array of referrals for all patients and their support system.

We will do our best to get you seen as soon as possible. Call or text us anytime.

Services Not Offered

*We are happy to direct you to the appropriate resources for the above*

Early Pregnancy Loss Counseling

You will have a consultation with a provider to assess your symptoms and hear your story. We then provide recommendations and discuss next steps based on the characteristics of your loss. There is no pressure to rush into immediate decisions, with the exception of physical instability. When we are undergoing trauma, decision making becomes debilitating so we prefer you take the opportunity to process our discussion and follow-up with what is right for you.

2

Ultrasound

We offer diagnostic, second opinion, and follow-up ultrasounds in a private setting.

3

Lab Work

Your lab work will be collected on site. We trend HCG levels and any additional labs to provide the most complete monitoring. We also offer pre-conception labs following miscarriage and screening for recurrent pregnancy loss risk factors.

4

Medication Management

If you elect for medication management, you will be given detailed instructions on how to take the medication and manage your symptoms. On average, the pregnancy passes within 24-48hrs and then you can expect period-like symptoms for the next 2-3 weeks. Medication has a 75-90% success rate. All women undergoing medication management are partnered with a miscarriage doula for additional support. We recommend a confirmation ultrasound and blood work approximately 1 week following your loss.

5

Fetal Tissue Genetic Testing

We have Anora kits in our office readily available if you desire genetic testing. Having answers about potential genetic causes of a pregnancy loss can be helpful in processing your loss.
